An experienced leader, Will served 10 years in the U.S. Army, including assignments with the 82nd Airborne Artillery and the White House Communications Agency. Over the past 10 years, Will has been delivering PMO, Finance, Strategy, and Acquisitions solutions to DoD, Intel, and Civilian government agencies as a consultant.
Sean Wells
CHIEF DELIVERY OFFICER
With over two decades of experience, Sean Wells serves as the Chief Delivery Officer at Hive Group. His extensive expertise in government contracting and project management empowers him to lead strategic initiatives, ensuring operational excellence and the cultivation of a supportive work environment. Sean is dedicated to aligning delivery strategies with business objectives, significantly contributing to the organization’s growth and consistently exceeding client expectations. His leadership fosters a culture that values and supports employees, enabling them to thrive and contribute to the company’s success.
Andrew Stringer
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, GROWTH
Andrew Stringer serves as Senior Vice President of Growth at Hive Group, where he leads the company’s growth strategy, driving business development, capture, and strategic partnerships that expand Hive Group’s market presence and strengthen customer relationships. With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across the federal market, Andrew has built a career helping organizations achieve sustainable growth through strategic planning, operational excellence, and the pursuit of complex federal opportunities. His expertise spans the full business lifecycle, enabling organizations to scale capabilities, develop high-performing teams, and deliver lasting value to government customers.
Thomas Eckl
VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS
Thomas Eckl has established himself as a credible leader and partner to GSA, particularly with their FEDSIM program(s). With over a decade of experience in contract operations support, his expertise lies in maintaining profitable project management, providing full-cycle acquisition support, and building employee cultures and experience that allow their advancement. Additionally, his notable strategies in business development, including pricing, technical guidance, and execution, are regularly demonstrated in his current role as Vice President of Operations at Hive Group. Thomas currently leads and governs all aspects of our corporate support to Delivery, including Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, and Compliance, and, in Spring 2025, led Hive Group to achieve its CMMI accreditation.
Lisa Slevin
DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
With more than a decade of experience in human capital leadership across the federal contracting space, Lisa Slevin specializes in aligning people strategies with business objectives, driving organizational performance, and building cultures that enable both mission success and employee growth. Her strengths span workforce planning, total rewards, leadership development, and employee engagement, all grounded in a practical, data-driven approach. In her current role as Director of Human Resources at Hive Group, Lisa leads human capital strategy, talent acquisition and internal communications, advising senior leadership on complex workforce challenges while shaping initiatives that strengthen retention, culture, and long-term organizational effectiveness. She holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Towson University and is a SHRM Certified Human Resources Professional.
