An experienced leader, Will served 10 years in the U.S. Army, including assignments with the 82nd Airborne Artillery and the White House Communications Agency. Over the past 10 years, Will has been delivering PMO, Finance, Strategy, and Acquisitions solutions to DoD, Intel, and Civilian government agencies as a consultant.
Sean Wells
CHIEF DELIVERY OFFICER
With over two decades of experience, Sean Wells serves as the Chief Delivery Officer at Hive Group. His extensive expertise in government contracting and project management empowers him to lead strategic initiatives, ensuring operational excellence and the cultivation of a supportive work environment. Sean is dedicated to aligning delivery strategies with business objectives, significantly contributing to the organization’s growth and consistently exceeding client expectations. His leadership fosters a culture that values and supports employees, enabling them to thrive and contribute to the company’s success.
Sohail Salman
DIRECTOR, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Sohail Salman brings over 10 years of management consulting, account management, and business development experience across the federal civilian and defense sectors. He has proven experience in leading initiatives to generate and engage business partners, as well as applying strategic communication best practices to respond to and win business with new and existing customers. As Director of Business Development (BD), Sohail is an active member of the Hive Group leadership team, setting BD policy and strategy, and executing corporate initiatives.
Claire Townsend
COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Claire Townsend brings over 18 years of experience in government contract staffing and a specialized focus on contract management, procurement, finance, and accounting. As Senior Account Executive, Claire is responsible for developing and delivering staffing partnerships in the areas of contracts, procurement, and finance. She has successfully provided critical talent for operational execution, supporting both internal corporate and external client partnership growth.
