INTERNSHIPS

Hive Group is proud to host a career development program offering participants traditional instruction, hands-on training, and professional mentorship in a government contracting career path catered to their interests and studies.

We are currently seeking undergraduate and graduate students for part-time paid internships with flexible start-and-end dates and competitive hourly wages!

I started as an intern in the internship program at Hive Group and from the beginning, I’ve enjoyed working here. It truly is a flat organization where it is common for leadership to work with everyone, including interns. The internship program is also designed in a way that helps the interns find out what work stream they are interested in and lets them explore that interest. Within the first couple months of the internship, I was working with the leaders of the company on work that was interesting to me personally. I never felt I had a lower status than full time employees while I was an intern, they treat their interns as equals. It is a paid internship as well! I transitioned to full time and couldn’t be happier. The people I work with are some of the nicest and hardest working people I have ever worked with. I am comfortable coming to my managers with any problem I may have as I know they will listen and assist me however they can. They provide great benefits and I really enjoy the flexibility of working remotely as well.
